AVRIL LAVIGNE 公演チケット払い戻しご希望のお客様へのご案内
2021年1月28日より予定しておりましたアヴリル・ラヴィーンの振替公演は、新規振替日程の調整を進めておりますが新型コロナウィルス感染状況による影響により、アーティスト、各会場との調整に時間を要しておりますため、現時点で払い戻しをご希望のお客様にはチケットの払い戻しを下記日程にて受付致します。

お手持ちのチケットは指定の新規振替日程に有効となる予定ですので、大切に保管して頂きます様お願い致します。

The planned Avril Lavigne Japan tour scheduled to take place starting January 28th, 2021, is now being postponed and being rescheduled as announced earlier.
We are actively negotiating with artist and venues to confirm new dates to be replaced, however it’s taking longer than expected due to yet ongoing COVID-19 threat.
We decided to go ahead and accommodate refund process for customers who wish to not wait for the new dates to be announced.
Refund period:
10AM March 17th Wednesday 2021 ~ 11:59PM April 18th Sunday 2021

Your tickets will be honored and valid at new dates, so please hold on to it.
Once the new dates are announced, and you find the new date will not suit your schedule, we will again accommodate new refund period, so don’t worry.
We apologize for taking so long, and thank you for your understanding.
