※Refunds cannot be accepted on the day of ticketing. Please note that refunds will be available from 10:00 AM on the next day of ticketing.

【For people who purchased a ticket for a performance on May 13 (Wed.), 2020 or May 14 (Thu.), 2020, and it has been issued and picked up at Seven-Eleven】

Due to the ticketing system, refund cannot be processed at Seven-Eleven stores.
Please return the physical ticket to the following address (mail center) by " Kan-I-Kakitome (簡易書留)", " Takuhaibin (=宅配便)", or " Tokutei Kiroku Yubin (=特定記録郵便)" by the deadline within the refund acceptance period.
Refund will be made using the "Post-Office Cheque (=郵便振替払出証書)" within 3 to 4 weeks after the refund acceptance period ends ordinarily. (* Currently, it takes more time than usual.)
The cheque (= 郵便振替払出証書) will be delivered in a green envelope from the Postal Savings Office. Please bring your identity verification and cash it at the post office.

Please print your tickets first at LAWSON or Ministop convenience store where you originally purchased your tickets, then proceed to the refund on Loppi ticket machine.

[Handling fees] Handling fees (Pre-sale service fee, in-store ticketing fee and system usage fee) will also be refunded.
※Shipping fees are not refundable

Please apply for your refund by submitting the Refund Form with your tickets and purchase confirmation in hand.

<Refund calculation>
*The following amount will be transferred to your bank account:
[ticket price] x [# of tickets purchased] + sales commission charged upon purchase *bank charge (330yen) will be deducted from the total refund amount upon deposit.
*Confetti Points will be calculated accordingly upon deposit.

[Notice]
1) Ticket refunds can only be applied by the purchaser. Refund will not be made if applied by a third party, or if a bank account owner’s name is not identical as the purchaser.
(in the case of your last name changed due to marriage or family issues, please check the box indicating the situation when applying for a refund. Or if you prefer to have the deposit to be made to one of your family’s bank account, please check the box indicating the situation)
2) There will be an additional 1,100yen being deducted from the total refund amount when the initial deposit didn’t come through and a second time deposit is needed, due to filling out wrong bank account information, or any other false information when submitting your application. Please have your bank card/book in your hand when applying.
3) Please apply before the refund period expires.

★Both the Refund From and tickets arrived at Confetti safely before the refund period expires, the refund deposit will be made no later than June 30th, 2021.
