※you will not be able to proceed to the refund process on the day of printing your tickets. You will proceed to the refund from 10:00AM the following day of printing tickets.

LAWSON TICKET customers

Refund Period:Thu April 27, 2020, 10:00AM ~ Fri July 31st, 2020, 11:59PM

Please print your tickets first if not yet, at LAWSON or Ministop convenience store where you originally purchased your tickets, then proceed to the refund on Loppi ticket machine. Please check refund procedure:

[Handling fees]
Handling fees (Pre-sale service fee, in-store ticketing fee and system usage fee) will also be refunded.
※Shipping fees are not refundable

You will need the handling fee voucher that was issued together with your tickets.
Please note that you cannot get the refund if you have lost or disposed your tickets or the handling fee voucher.

Kyodo Sapporo customers

Refund Period:Thu April 27, 2020 ~ Fri July 31st, 2020

※Please note that our customer center will be closed between April 29, 2020 ~ May 6, 2020.
Please send your tickets to the address below by “Kan-i Kakitome” 簡易書留 (Please ask Japan Post for the mail service). Please do not use “Takkyu Bin”, and we will not refund you for the tickets arrived via Takkyu Bin and any other shipping methods, other than “Kan-i Kakitome”.
Please make sure the tickets will arrive to us by Fri 31 Jul,2020, then we will refund the ticket fee and Kan-i Kakitome postage fee via bank transfer within a month from July 31st.

※When sending your tickets, please enclose a memo that includes the information below.

1. Name
2. Address
3. Phone number
4. Ticket category (Premium Seat, etc) and # of tickets
5. Bank account information (to receive the refund): name of bank, name of branch, account #, Account holder’s name in Kata Kana (=カタカナ)

Refunds are available at the store or via shipping.
※For customers who purchased via Doshin Playguide online store and paid for/ printed tickets at Seven Eleven convenience stores, please send your tickets to Doshin Playguide for refund. You cannot claim a refund at convenience stores.

Please send your tickets to the address below by “Kan-i Kakitome” 簡易書留 (Please ask Japan Post for the mail service).
Please make sure the tickets will arrive to us by Fri 31 Jul,2020, then we will send you cash via “Genkin Kakitome” post.

※When sending your tickets, please enclose a memo that includes the information below.

※Please note that our customer center will be closed due to COVID-19 state of emergency declaration between April 18, 2020 ~ May 6, 2020, therefore our refund process will take place after May 6th.

Your tickets will be refunded at the point of purchase, at the appropriate Ticket Port shop. Please come by at the shop during the refund period, with your tickets.
