A-HA 来日公演 払い戻しにつきまして
3/10（火）より予定しておりましたA-HAジャパン・ツアーは、アーティスト側との協議の結果、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大の状況を考慮し、公演を延期とさせて頂く事になりました。
払い戻しの詳細は改めまして、振替日程の発表の際にあわせてご案内致しますので今しばらくお待ちください。
チケットをご購入いただいたお客様、関係各社にはご迷惑をお掛け致します事を心よりお詫び申し上げます。

新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の状況を踏まえ、ご来場が叶わないお客様には特例で払い戻しの受付を実施いたします。
チケット代金の払い戻しを希望されるお客様は、ご購入された各プレイガイドでお手続きをお願い致します。
払い戻し期間：3/10(火)10:00～3/31(火)23:59
※LINE TICKET払戻し期間：3/18(水)10:00～3/31(火)23:59
※大阪公演の払戻し開始日が異なります。ご注意下さい。
※期限を過ぎると払い戻しができませんのでご注意ください。
※チケットを購入した場所・店舗によって払い戻し方法が異なります。
※受付時間は各店舗の営業時間によって異なりますのでご了承ください。
※払い戻しの際はチケットが必要となります。
※チケットの半券がもぎられているものについては、ご返金対応を致しかねますので予めご了承下さい。

In light of the recent outbreak of the coronavirus, we will make refund for those who could not come to the venue.
If you wish to receive a refund, please process the refund at the ticket agency you purchased your ticket.
Refund period: Tue 10 March, 2020 10:00 AM ～ Tue 31 March, 2020 11:59 PM
※LINE TICKET refund period: Wed 18 Mar, 2020 10:00 ～ Tue 31 Mar, 2020
※Please note that you will not be able to receive a refund after the refund period.
※Refund procedures differ depending on how you received and purchased your ticket.
※Business hour differ depending on ticket agencies.
※Please note that you need your purchased tickets when receiving a refund.
※Please note that we are not able to give a refund if the ticket stub has been separated.
※Please note that we will not make refund at venues.
