SB19公演にご来場の皆様へ
【VIPチケットをお持ちのお客様へ】
■特典グッズのお渡しについて
特典グッズは15:00~会場入り口にてお渡しをいたします。
■サウンドチェックセッション参加について
サウンドチェックセッションは17:30~を予定しております。サウンドチェックセッション終了後はそのまま場内にて待機していただきます。
【Hi-Byeイベントチケットをお持ちのお客様へ】
■終演後のお見送り会について
ご入場の際に、「お見送り会」参加用リストバンドをお一人様につき１本お渡しいたします。お受け取り後、速やかに手首への装着をお願いいたします。
このリストバンドは、終演後のお見送り会に参加される際に必要となります。係員が確認いたしますので、公演終了まで絶対に外さず、紛失されないようご注意ください。（※いかなる理由でも再発行はいたしかねます。）
公演終了後、一度会場から退出いただき、準備が整い次第再入場「お見送り会」を実施いたします。
特典メッセージカードはイベント終了時にお渡しいたします。

■撮影・録音について
本公演では、お客様ご自身のスマートフォン・携帯電話に限り、写真および動画の撮影が可能です。
以下の行為は禁止です。
・フラッシュを使用しての撮影
・一脚、三脚、自撮り棒などの補助機材の使用
・スマートフォン、携帯電話以外（デジタルカメラ、一眼レフ等）での撮影
周りのお客様のご観覧の妨げとなるような撮影行為（腕を高く上げる、ご自身の立ち位置から大きく移動するなど）はご遠慮ください。
■その他禁止事項
・周りのお客様のご迷惑となるような、無理に前に押し寄せる、大きな音を立てるなどの行為はおやめください。
・会場内への危険物の持ち込みはご遠慮ください。
■その他
・会場内では、係員の指示に必ず従ってください。ルール違反が確認された場合、ご退場いただくことがございます。
・気分が悪くなられた方や、お困りの方がいらっしゃいましたら、お近くの係員までお声がけください。

To All Attendees of the SB19 Concert:
[For VIP Ticket Holders]
■ Distribution of Special Goods
Special goods will be distributed at the venue entrance from 15:00.
■ Participation in the Soundcheck Session
The soundcheck session is scheduled to begin at 17:30. After the session ends, you will remain inside the venue until the start of the concert.
[For Hi-Bye Event Ticket Holders]
■Hi-Bye Event
Upon entry, each guest will receive one wristband for participation in the “Hi-Bye Event.” Please put it on your wrist immediately after receiving it.
This wristband will be required to participate in the Hi-Bye Event after the show. Staff will check it, so please make sure not to remove or lose it until the end of the concert. (Reissues will not be possible under any circumstances.)
After the concert ends, you will be asked to leave the venue once. Once preparations are ready, you will re-enter the venue for the Hi-Bye Event.
Special message cards will be handed out at the end of the event.
[General Information for All Attendees]
■ Merchandise Pre-Sales
Merchandise pre-sales will begin at 15:00 at the venue.
■ Photography and Recording
At this concert, photo and video recording is permitted only with personal smartphones and mobile phones.
The following are prohibited:
• Use of flash when taking photos
• Use of equipment such as monopods, tripods, or selfie sticks
• Recording with devices other than smartphones or mobile phones (e.g., digital cameras, SLRs)
Please refrain from any actions that may disturb the viewing experience of others, such as raising your arms excessively high or moving significantly from your spot while filming.
■ Other Prohibited Acts
• Pushing forward forcefully, making loud noises, or other disruptive behavior that inconveniences other guests
• Bringing dangerous items into the venue
■ Additional Information
• Please always follow the instructions of the staff inside the venue. If any rule violations are confirmed, you may be asked to leave.
• If you feel unwell or notice someone in need of assistance, please notify the nearest staff member.
