<Customers who printed tickets at Seven-Eleven convenience stores>
At this time, Seven-Eleven will NOT accept your refund at stores.
Please send your tickets following the instructions below;

《Send your tickets via prescribed post》
Please go to the post office to return the tickets, and order Tokutei Kiroku Yubin (=特定記録郵便), or Kan-I-Kakitome (簡易書留). Or you could go to convenience store, and use Takuhaibin (=宅配便).

《Please enclose a memo when sending your tickets, and make sure to include the following information》
1. Address (Refund Cheque will be sent to this address)
2. Name
3. Phone number in case we need to reach you
4. Per ticket price
5. The number of tickets in total

[Notice] please read before proceeding
(1) upon the closing of refund period, it will take 3~4 weeks until you receive Post-Office Cheque (=郵便振替払出証書). Please understand it is a busy season due to so many refund process taking place, that it is taking longer than usual. The Cheque will arrived at you in a green envelope from 郵便貯金事務センター, which you will take to your nearest post office with your ID, to cash.
(2) the only person to claim and receive the refund is the actual purchaser of the tickets. No substitutes allowed in the process.
(3) We will not refund for lost tickets, and/or tickets lost in mail by sending it to us other than the prescribed postal methods mentioned above.
(4) only the valid tickets (not torn or ripped) are acceptable to proceed to refund.

LAWSON TICKET customers

If you wish to get a refund, please print your ticket at your local LAWSON or Ministop store first and then proceed to apply for a refund on Loppi ticket machine at the same store the tickets were issued. Please check refund procedure from here

[Handling fees]
Handling fee will also be refunded.
Fees subject to refund are Pre-sale service fee, in-store ticketing fee and system usage fee (Shipping fees are not refundable).
At the time of refund, you will need the handling fee tickets which was issued with your tickets.
Please note that refund will not be possible if you have lost or disposed your tickets and handling fee tickets.
