払戻し手続きは、ローソン・ミニストップ店内のLoppiで行って下さい。

（注１）チケットの半券がもぎられているものについては、ご返金対応を致しかねますので予めご了承ください。
（注２）チケット代以外の手数料のご返金に関しまして、各種手数料券が必要となります。もし各種手数料券を紛失された場合、手数料のご返金は致しかねますので何卒ご了承ください。
（注3）夜間・早朝（21時～6時頃）のチケット払い戻しに関しまして、 防犯対策として警察からの協力要請・指導を受け、夜間・早朝時間帯はレジ内の 現金を制限されております。
その為、夜間・早朝とその直前・直後の時間帯はつり銭が不足する場合がございますので、
払い戻しは夜間・早朝を避けてお手続きいただきますようお願い申し上げます。

No action is needed from the customers' end.
