If you wish to get a refund, please print your ticket at your local LAWSON or Ministop store first and then proceed to apply for a refund on Loppi ticket machine at the same store the tickets were issued. Please check refund procedure from here
Handling fee will also be refunded.
Fees subject to refund are Pre-sale service fee, in-store ticketing fee and system usage fee (Shipping fees are not refundable).
At the time of refund, you will need the handling fee tickets which was issued with your tickets.
