※you will not be able to proceed to refund process on the day of printing your tickets.
You will proceed to the refund from 10:00AM the following day of printing tickets.

People who have purchased tickets on the English Page:
We will cancel the payment made by the credit card. There are no necessary procedures or actions needed.
※It may take 2 to 3 months for refunds to be made. Please contact your credit company for further details as to when the refund will be made.

LAWSON TICKET customers

Please print your tickets first at LAWSON or Ministop convenience store where you originally purchased your tickets, then proceed to the refund on Loppi ticket machine.

[Handling fees]
Handling fees (Pre-sale service fee, in-store ticketing fee and system usage fee) will also be refunded.
※Shipping fees are not refundable

You will need the handling fee voucher that was issued together with your tickets.
Please note that you cannot get the refund if you have lost or disposed your tickets or the handling fee voucher.

Tickets return due for Refund : Mon 31 Aug, 2020

Please send your tickets to the address below by Kani Kakidome Yubin 簡易書留郵便(Please ask Japan Post for the mail service).
※Please note that we are not able to give a refund if the ticket stub has been separated.
When sending your tickets, please enclose a memo that includes your address, name, phone number, the number of tickets.

We will process the refund via mail order once ready.
Please note that the refund will be sent to the address and name you registered when you purchased the tickets.
※Please note that we do not take any responsibility if the tickets are sent by another method from the one above.
